eek, help, Bradmore Stables contact number, door hinge sheared off!

Drats drats drats, 1 of the hinges of my very flipping expensive Bradmore stable doors sheared off this morning, 4 yr old in there thought it was most amusing.
Contact number i have on my invoices etc won't allow incoming calls (?!?!?!), no response to email yet, does anyone else have another number, or know whether they are still in business?
also, these have been in for about 2 1/2 years, and are internals in a barn (so, no rain on hinges etc), and the welding is no thicker than 1mm in a ring-shape (not a welded-on panel as i would have expected), would you expect them to come back and put this right?
not a happy camper here...

Not sure that they'd do anything after it's been in for two and a half years

Do you know a local welder type person who could come and fix it for you?
 
i'm going to do that after speaking to them, if i can. must admit, considering the amount these cost, i expected them to be strong enough, i've never had this happen before with any other make of stables.

I did a quick Google on their name. I know nothing about this manufacturer/supplier, but I suggest that you do the same if you haven't already.

All crossed that it gets fixed!

Two and a half years or not, subject to weather or not, they should have been a lot sturdier than that I would have thought, it's not as if they were made for ducks, they should have expected strong pressure from horses right from the start so for them to fall apart is dreadful. Only scenario where weather might have played a part (whether under cover or not) is a sea side environment where salt in the atmosphere does play havoc with things like that. Sound very shoddy for the amount they cost, sorry I can't help.
 
thanks everyone, local farmer just took door and hinge, welded it and reinforced it, also reinforced bottom one, checked other doors (their hinges are attached differently for some reason, most odd), so i'm £30 down but at least it's back on.
very unimpressive.
if Bradmore have gone bust, i'm not surprised, big anti-recommendation here.
btw, if they are still in business, if you order and they promised delivery day X, do not expect to see your stables etc until X + at least a month or two... if you're lucky.

Glad your sorted K, you could look on companies house website that will tell you if they are in liquidation. One of my house sitting clients had Bradmore Internal Stables and had huge problems getting them to actually come and finish the work they left the job half started, she had so much trouble and stress with them, the upsetting thing was she paid 7K up front, I think the whole process took 6 months, so that put me off the company straight away.
