Efeed are useless, please be aware before usuing them!!

On Friday 20/8/2010 I ordered a bag of hifi good doer and a bag of spillers comp mix, having found they where cheaper than gw titmuss who i used previousley (sp), when my feed still hadn't been delivered by tuesday I contacted them and got a reply wednesday morning, just saying that the delivery had been attempted tuseday evening at 8.30pm it was refused as despite very specific delivery instructions they went to the wrong place!! no apology was given, and now my order seems to be lost in the wind, I replied to thier email, again with the address and specific delivery instructions so they wouldn't get lost, Guess what, No feed and no reply to thursdays email, saying i wanted either a refund or a gaurantee my feed would be with me by friday, was it? no! have i been refunded? no! and have they replied? no! tomorrow I shall be calling them, making a complaint and demanding a refund!! Very very unhappy with this and i shall be going back to usuing tittmus who have never got lost, and neither have anyother deliveries given the same instructions!!
 
That sounds really annoying but I have to stick up for Efeed as I have used them 5 times now and saved myself pounds and they have been extremely prompt everytime. Maybe you were unlucky and your order has been lost in the computer. I would ring them.
 
wont be using them again in a hurry either. ordered on the Wed so delivery would be on Fri. on Fri morning they phoned to ask if Mon was convenient. er, no! the reason i ordered it on the Wed was coz they guarantee delivery 2d later and i was off work on the friday. sent them a stroppy e-mail and they said they'd look into it and apologised but i've heard no more.
 
I've used them with no probs but that said I just chose standard delivery (3-5 days) rather than picking a specific delivery.

Part of the problem may be the people they are using for delivery as they don't have their own transporters they use contractors like Palletways.

I get phone calls direct from the distributer to arrange delivery.

Entirely their responsibility to ensure delivery but probs may not be 100% their 'fault'. Poor communication would annoy me though.
 
I have used them twice and not had a problem. phoned about second order as they had sent some of it to someone else by mistake. Although this feed was reduced as it was near its sell by date they sent me feed at reduced price even though it was well within date.
I will order again, saved £35 on last order
 
I would rather have all my deliveries taken to the right place and on time than save money, i gave them an idiots guide on how to get to the yard, in terms a two year old could understand, so delivery man is either un able to read english or just un able to read!!!
