Egusin SLH and 250? Anyone feeding this with positive results for ulcers?

I recently started my new horse on Egusin SLH after on going “girthy-ness” and a week in and the girthyness, appears to have all but disappeared. He has no other symptoms of ulcers but was kept on regime in last home which would have been conducive to them :-( He now lives a more natural lifestyle e.g. high fibre diet and pretty much out 24/7 so hopefully is no longer “at risk”, although he can be a bit of a stress head in terms of separation anxiety.

So, having had a positive result with the Egusin SLH, what next? Does anyone have an inexperience in what happens when/if they finish the course? Or any advice on the below..

Do I feed the follow up Egusin 250? And if so would just 1 course be ok, or does it have to be fed long term? It’s not cheap and money is tight :-/

Or after the SLH is finished do I wait to see if the symptoms re-appear and if so/OR have him scoped? But then there might not be anything there anymore after the SLH?

Or any better ideas anyone? Any advice very gratefully received.
Confused!
