Hi

Does anyone have experience at reviews of using this rug?
Particularly interested in if it stretches, how well it wicks and how warm it is.

I don't know the rug but I really rate Eileen Douglas. I don't think they would be selling something that wasn't good. At that price I would say it's well worth trying. Maybe give them a call re: sizing.

It sounds like it's using the Mark Todd coolex material so I went ahead and ordered it

I think it's really thin and quite cheap. Nothing compared to say something like a Mark Todd Coolex.. I'm sending it back and buying a Coolex . I don't think it's any warmer than a fleece. I'm pleased yoi like it ,.but it's not what I expected.

I’m surprised you found that, mine is really heavy and thick, It’s almost on par with my real thermatex. The only thing I’d say is the front buckles are the cheaper type but that can get changed if need be.

Oh really ? I've got a Coolex exercise sheet and it's noticeably thicker than the ED material. I was surprised by how light the actual parcel was too. I use a lot of fleeces so compared to those it's not that much thicker.
Should have gone for the Mark Todd one straight away.
Weatherbeeta do a nice thermatex type rug too but unfortunately that brand doesn't fit my horse around his neck and shoulders.
