electric fence energiser help

im in desperate need of an energiser for an electric fence. i dont really want to pay a lot out on a new one as i only need it for 3 mnths.

i have tried ebay but had no luck so far as they keep creeping up past what im wanting to pay.

Wondered if anyone has any ideas?

do you need one from mains or running off battery?

whereabouts are you, i've got a couple stored away that run off a leisure battery, can fish them out and see if they still work if you want.
