Electric fence?

I am moving yards and I have to sort out my own electric fencing. I don't have a clue on what I need or how to set it up. I have been and brought some posts, tape, and handles. I am very confused looking on websites do I need to buy a big battery and energiser or can I get an energiser that runs on small cheaper batterys? Thanks

The size of energiser you need will depend on the length and amount of strands your fence has. How much fencing will you be powering in total? The energiser manufacturers will tell you how much their energiser can power and its usually written on the info supplied with the energiser
