Electric fencing help

My horse kept jumping out of her paddock so now we have electric fencing (wahoo) however, now shes touched it shes terrified of it and she won't go past it to get out of the paddock

Any suggestions?

it beats them just walking through it...mine has no respect for it what so ever even so to the point he slept under it and had it wrapped around his ears, appart from a twitch of his ears he didnt care... (we will fall out over it haha)
