I have one, it's like a small hoover with a brush at the end of the tube. I've never actually used it, and I've had it quite a few years :p No idea where I got it from though, sorry!

I got one of the vacuum ones off ebay several years ago, I wanted it to desensitise to the sound of an electric motor for clipping, and for that it worked fine, they find the suction massage enjoyable. The suction isn't great and the clips you release to empty the bag are plastic, I keep waiting for them to break. The revolving brush type are better if you can stand being covered in dust - they massage the skin much better.

my OH wants me to buy one so i stop coming home stuff of hair !

i looked in to it once and found 2/3 online but they where in USA and about £250 pus P+P!
