now i hope some one else out there has the same problem as me.
i would be one of those people when walking around stores at xmas would get electric shocks off of everything i use to be able to make a blanket light up (freaky huh)
Now with regard to horses it has never been a problem but today and yesterday it has become one.
When i was grooming one of the mares at the yard i kept giving her electric shocks so she was scared for me to go near her and i felt terrible.
Now what do you think this is??
Do you think maybe i have healing hands?
She did get a kick yesterday in the field and her leg is oozing
or am i completely insane and should be sectioned!!!!!!!
i'm really worried as love grooming but her face.........

have you used coat shine or mane and tail conditioner on her, i get them off my boy after i've used one of those products

I give horses electric shocks if I try removing rugs or grooming whilst wearing my Hunter wellies. Muckers/leather boots are fine. Must be the earthing thing.

It's to do with 2 things, the clothes(especially shoes) you wear and the way you walk. if you drag your feet in shoes that are conductors then your body will be full of static!

i wear muckers which has not changed over all the years ive done the horse thing!!!!!
but i will have a go at excentuating my step so i will look ridiculous but if it works im willing to try
