Elementary 41-an update!

Thanks to all who kindly replied to my earlier post about tackling my first Elementary. Anyway it went quite well with over 63%, and the judge was very helpful and seemed to think things were going in the right direction! Sadly though, I was the only entrant. Seems to be like that unaffiliated, loads of prelim entries, a few novices, then it dwindles away.

Ok, it is a shame there were not more people, to watch, compete against etc, but it doesn't matter, in a way you had a personal lesson!!!!Excellent mark for the first one. Alls sounds good to me! Well done. No pictures?

Hi thanks, and yes it was a bit like having a lesson, the judge is a respected listed judge so delighted to get feedback from her. I am new in my forties to dressage, and loving it. No pics sadly daughter did come for the run but stayed in the car, too cold to take pics! Additionally, my horse is an Arab, and its great to find that she has dressage ability, she is a lovely intelligent mare!
