Elementary 44 movement query

Dressage divas please help - in movement 15 which is at working canter, turn right, simple change of leg, track left.... the simple change is that down to walk or just through trot. Was writing for a judge and the person (only one in test) came down to walk. Just wanted to check that was right. Also elementary is now rising or sitting trot isn't it, although generally ridden in sitting. Thanks.

A simple change is always done through walk.

And yes, you can rise at Elementary now.
