Has anyone had any problems with them? About a month ago i ordered and paid for 2 fly rugs and a pair of mucker boots, i got the rugs within a week, but i still havent got the boots

Ive emailed them 4 times and had no reply, ive phoned and phoned and got no answer... What can i do?

Raise a charge back with your credit card company.

I received my order within a few days, but one rug was the wrong size.
They promised they would send out the correct one & a pre-paid return envelope for the wrong one. Despite a reminder it still hasn't arrived. You need to speak to Lynne I think, who hasn't returned calls, but I did manage to get hold of when I rang.

I phoned again this morning and managed to talk to someone, apparently lynne is going to ring me back in half an hour!!
