so I told her to carry the damn thing home (hate waste!) She carried it 5 miles....fair play to her! And now the ferrets are having a nice lunch :D She did of course have a nice sweetie in exchange for her prize rabbit! Heres some photos and a couple of short vids of her journey home with rabbit :D
P.s yes she is walking off lead on public highway...she stayed on my inside though, I couldnt put her on lead with rabbit as I only had a coupling link for her and Milo and when I put her on he tried to nick the rabbit  :D

Ha, she's a proper good little dog, everyone does their bit for the family in this household :p :D Except when she wanted to do the same with the pubs chicken when she caught that...then she was a little bit bad :p :D :D

What a clever girl, she's a proper terrier isn't she! Now on the couple of occasions Evie has caught a rabbit she has near enough eaten the damn thing whole, same with a pigeon.

:D

I wish mine would catch rabbits:mad:

The last thing Poppy bought home was a raccoon. What good is that? Can't eat it, I couldn't even bury it as the ground is still frozen, so I took it into the woods and buried it in the snow.

Next day, the flipping dog bought it home again:mad::(

was only a tiddler Cayla, not worth cooking for myself, the ferrets have got it, thats like a weeks food for them so very useful :)

Thats a proper dog. My Heelers used to catch rabbits in the hedges but wouldnt come out until they had eaten them.
