as im writing this my beautiful beautiful Lola is at the emergency vets after possibly eating upto 5 morphine tablets. Im so worried, im in pieces :(

the night started out in town all dressed up and nice and now im covered in mascara crying my self silly. Lola was left at my OHs mums and somehow shes got hold of things she shouldnt, im in no state to blame or point fingers and to be honest it wont help now :(

Healing vibes needed for my beautiful puppy please :( she seemed fine when she went so im hoping and praying that the other tablets were crushed and scattered in the other array of cardboard and paper bags shes chomped through :(

i dont even know why im posting... im just here on my own and i dont know what to do :( OH has gone with puppy as there was no more space in the car .... I hope shes gonna be ok... i dunno what i'll do if shes not :(
 
Oh god. Massive vibes for little lola. And huge hugs to you, I wish I could say more to comfort you but I know that the only thing that will comfort you is the phonecall to say she's ok.

All fingers and paws crossed for you to get that happy call soon :)
 
thankyou everyone. even these comments are making me feel a bit better! ... its awful knowing theres nothing more i can do.

Im so cross and worried at the same time, i spend all my time tellin everyone how good she is and that she doesnt chew things.. now she does this!

il update soon as i know anything :(.. hopefully with good news!
 
Loadsa vibes for Lola - try not to worry, we've had all sorts of drugs, razorblades, large amounts of chocolate and near-fatal pairs of navy ladies tights (size 14) swallowed by dogs owned by folks on this forum and all have lived to tell the tale xxxx
 
sorry for the delay. I had a very sleepless night so slept this morning! Lola had to be made sick, we caught it fairly quick. she never showed any signs of deteriorating so fingers crossed no damage has been done. she is the worlds most naughty puppy, Ive never been so worried in my life. This morning she is tearing round the house with her toys and giving me extra cuddles :). thankyou for all your kind messages, they made me cry but made me feel like I had some support. never underestimate the power of HHO vibes!!!!!!!

However, I'm so, so pleased to hear that the darling Lola appears to be none the worse for her little 'adventure'. :)

Hmmmm. Dogs.......almost as bad as kids for putting you on the emotional roller coaster! Don't you just love them, though! :rolleyes::D
 
thankyou everyone Im so relieved also! not quite as bright eyed and bushy tailed as Lola but happy :) we've also just got news that we have got the new house weve been to view so were moving out soon to somewhere with a garden!!!!!!!! ahhh :D a happy healthy dog and a new house!! :)


oh my god broke but happy!! How on earth did doggy consume that?? is he/she alright now?

Congrats on the new house!

No idea how he swallowed it, it took a month for the vets to find! It was several years ago now so he is back to his normal hyper self :)
