Really great news. Thank you to all the MEPs who did sign, and a name and shame to Philip Bradburn (Midlands), who not only hadn't signed about a week before the deadline (apologies if he has since) but also didn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge my email asking why he hadn't signed!
