Engaged at last

We did a walk and trot test yesterday evening and for the first time ever the judge commented that he was engaged behind in trot

We still got the same comments about being more supple over his back and stretching down into self carriage more etc etc but I was very happy with it. We got 69 and a bit % which also shows that we have to work on our canter as tests with it in are generall abtou 65%

There is not real point to this post but OH just grunted a bit when I told him (he just doesn't understand horses)

He is a big lad, and I am sure he isn't easy, nor does he find it easy. You have done very well.
