sorry to be so cryptic but is anyone here one of the above or have a contact please? I can't find an email address only a rather convoluted online form for reporting neglect and this doesnt fit that.
 
I signed onto their website so I could email a question, (or three) under the above link and 'myrspca'. It wasn't a complaint of cruelty or similar, I wanted to know some statistics from them. They replied the following day.
 
thanks but Zero-that was the exact form that isn't of use, sorry. I do want to report something illegal but I don't have exact location details-I do however have screen grabs to send. I am also at work and can't spend ages on hold or on the phone and it doesn't fit into any of the categories in the personal bit. I will just contact the police in that area.



eta ffs, every website takes you round in circles and then recommends you contact someone else!
