So I ordered a professional choice dressage girth from Enlightened Equitation, not an online shop I've used before but it was one of only 2 places I could find that stocked the girth. It arrived and basically the second set of keepers are to far away to tuck my girth straps in. It's not going to be suitable and the straps end up poking out and annoying my foot, can't get a bigger size as it will be too close to the saddle flap.

So I emailed the person at EE and asked how to return the item on Friday, wasn't sure if I needed a confirmation number or something, not even sure what address to send it to. Got no response by Monday afternoon so followed up with another email.

Tuesday morning still no response so I went hunting for a phone number. Basically all the numbers are for saddle fitters rather than the saddlery itself. I emailed customer services and got a response saying my message had been passed on and I would get a response shortly. Still no response!

I'm aware that most companies run a 7 day period for returns, so what happens if I haven't heard from them before Friday? I've tried to contact them but can't get a response :s I sure won't be using these guys again, it all seems very unprofessional!

I think Debbie that manages the shop has gone on holiday - I can post on the EE forum to see if anyone else is picking it up while she's away if you want?

Oh that would be great! I just want to be sure I'm sending it to the right person, don't want it sitting in a pile of mail for weeks. Don't mind including a note if there is no official return form :)
