Enniskillen - What to do?

Hi all

Me and my partner are planning on moving over to Enniskillen from Scotland to go to CAFRE in September. I was just wondering what sort of things there are to do in the area? I've never been so moving blind as it were

Very rural area from what i remember from the euros which were held there back in 2006 I think. Lovely countryside, plenty of rain and lots of lakes were what has stuck with me!

Studied there about 10 years ago. What sort of things are you interested in?

Lots of opportunities for fishing/boating etc with the waterways and loughs being close by.

Fermanagh pony club/Riding club are fairly active up and around Necarne. As well as Cavan Equestrian centre.

About an hour & halfs drive away is Bundorran/Sligo for Surfing/body boarding.

As well as historic buildings and the natural Cave system at Marble Arch.

Just interested in a bit of everything tbh. Although we're going to be students, we're not typical students, we're happier staying in with a bottle of wine and a movie than going out and getting paralytic!
