I've used similiar bands in my lessons and when schooling on my own, from the looks of it. The bands I've used were cheaper but I couldn't swear they were the same.
They've really helped my body work out where it should be & help support it whilst working on the strength to maintain it myseld and getting used to the new feeling.
I mean, I wouldn't use them if riding a just backed 4 year old but there are lots of things I do with mine I wouldn't do with a just backed 4 year old.

I have had a lesson with these & it was really good for making you aware of what your body is doing & it was a hard workout!

They are amazingly helpful with positional work.
However the EQ bands are ridiculously expensive - I use various theraband bandage lengths and strengths to the same effect.

I've seen people riding in them and it is very good for bringing awareness to weaknesses in your riding and strengthening. The rest of the uses - e.g. the TRX-like usage seems gimmicky!

It does seem excessive for what is, basically a long piece of elastic. I wonder how much they actually cost to make - nowhere near £200 certainly.

I have had a couple of lessons with a trainer who uses similar to these, I found them very helpful, and would buy a pair, but like you say expensive.

Just google theraband, you can get them in loads of places like ebay and amazon. I've got the green one for arm exercises. They are colour coded for resistance but the none branded ones use the colours differently so watch out for that.
