Has anyone done these courses?

I have the EQ50 coursework (there is a lot to learn!), do you need to know all of this before you do the EQ100 course? will you struggle otherwise?

Is the EQ100 course worth the amount it costs?

Has anyone completed any other massage courses that they thought were good?

basically any info anyone has please!

The EQ100 is worth every penny, even if you just want a week away.

I barely opened the EQ50 manual at all before I turned up for the EQ100 (having not received the pre-course manual) and so I knew almost nothing.

My heart sank when I sat there on the first day and couldn't shout out answers like everyone else. I almost bolted and just got in my car back to Blackpool!

But I went to the B&B after the first day and swotted the pictures of the bones and all three muscle layers. I chanted and chanted and in 3 days I could recall by reflex all the bones and all the muscles in Latin!

With a little refresher, I still can 3 years later (with a fake, pseudo-Latin accent;)).

So my advice would be to learn the bones - front end one day and back end the next.
Then the joints.
Then learn all the muscles - a layer each time (superficial, middle and deep).
Then (if you have time) the origin and insertion points (I never had time to do this but it would be beneficial).

This is an excellent book too
