Equafleece - dog shorts

Has anyone got them or does anyone use anything similar? My oldest Weimeraner is starting to get slightly incontinent over night, he has a waterproof bed and can go out whenever he wants too as the door is open but he just doesnt seem to wake up in time or at all.
I don't want to make him 'feel stupid' tho, or will he actually not mind?

For a male these wouldn't work & even for a bitch a pair of boys Y fronts with a panty liner work better.
A male would need a belly band.
http://www.bellybands.net/ but you can easily make them with stretchy fleece & velcro or tape.
