Anyone got any ideas how they resolve the problem of the neck stretching to the point that the dogs are stepping out of them ?

I think the problem is that they are now quite old and I don't want to replace until next winter. Strangely the Bulldog's is fine but the Bullmastiffs are stepping out of theirs.

My dog's had her's a couple of years now and I've honestly not noticed a problem in that respect. I have to stick a hand in either side of her ears to get it off as she doesn't like her ears touched - I would've thought if anything was going to make it stretch that would.

Haven't noticed any stretching happening with Ruby's and she's in hers all day at the moment. I'd contact them and see what they suggest as pretty sure they are not meant to stretch.

The lady at Equafleece is a genius.

She said the fleeces don't fray so I can make a slit in the neck, feed through their collars through and once the collars are done up the jumpers shouldn't slip back.:D

Tried this last night and it works a treat.

OK, I understand why you might have a problem now - I use a harness on my dog over the top of the coat so we don't have that problem. I hope this has solved it now :)
