I finally made it to level 10! Did my first novice event and I came 4th, I was in second place but I was bad in the SJ ?

Those who have brought the "real" riders and their horse how does it work? Does the horse actually look like the real one? I've seen some in the initial line up that don't look like the real one yet they do when you preview them? I'd want Michael Jung and Sam and have enough coins for him, but I'd want Sam to actually look like he does I've seen some in the line ups that have Cooley Master Class as a grey or Dun and I know people can't choose the name of their horse which means they must have been given him in the wrong colour.

Also, after that I'll save for the season pass but do I need to buy a new one each time they bring out a new round of rewards? It says it ends in 10 days so will it need a new pass for the next round?

I think you will need to buy another season pass in ten days, but if you buy one now you still get all of the rewards right from the beginning, so you end up with an absolute bonanza! You can collect them all at once up until today's reward I made my 500 shoes back in one go hehe!

I won Cooley Master Class (can't remember how, maybe one of the rewards?) and the Oliver Townend avatar and the horse is bay.

I assume he will go in there when you unlock your third stable? I must have had my third stable unlocked already as Cooley Master Class went straight in there. I haven't unlocked the fourth stable, but I did get a horse as a season reward, and I haven't seen it yet, so assume it will be in the fourth stable when it unlocks. Who knows!

I hadnt quite unlocked my 3rd stable but he's gone in that. Its nice I can either have "me" ride him or be Oli.
I think the horse you get as a level up reward you have to go shopping for thats how I got my 2nd, I can't remember where you go though

Has anyone sussed training? As Cooley Master Class is good id like to max out his stats how can I up his abilities?

The season pass is so worth it. I was bumbling around being rubbish and struggling to do even ok in any events and now I've been able to qualify for the next few and progress with the game. I've also bought some new tack which seems to have helped.

I'm a bit confused about the training too, is it from doing events you increase the stats or from caring for the horse?

I keep sending mine for training (when the horse is then unavailable for a while) - I'm assuming that it increases the stats but I haven't actually been checking ?

I somehow now have 4 horses. One of those ones that appears in the daily shop had a nice face marking so I clicked on it thinking it would come up with a message about not having a stable available or something but no its landed in my stable. Its stats are shocking at present.

Wish they would tell us how to train them up

I am woefully short of gold horseshoes, so I need to get them up before I buy a season pass, but will definitely be doing so judging by comments above.

If you do FB they've posted with some updates which I don't yet have as I have Android Beta, they're taking feedback so if anyone has any may be worth posting.

I'm worried when the full version is launched my progress will be lost

Has anyone managed to get past the first level of advanced? I'm getting absolutely destroyed!
Also has anyone managed to figure out how to make the horses stats better? Mine seem stuck. You get the dark black, then the shaded then the beige area where a line sometimes advances if you press training, how do I progress the dark black?

No I can't get past it either, the best I have done was 9th but that was a fluke. I really don't get the scoring at all, I do a decent dressage, clear XC and SJ and I'm placed 20th! I'm actually getting a bit bored with it now because it's just so random. I also find sometimes that I'll do a mistake in the XC and be positioned first, then do a clear SJ and am nowhere near first.

I have no idea about the stats thing either. Again, I'm finding it frustrating as I don't understand how to improve.

I'm getting stuck on the last event of novice! I keep thinking it must be down to the horses they have as I'm doing everything perfectly and still finishing below 20th.
