Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can give me any clue to if there are any equestrian centres around Skegness? I don't mind travelling. :)

I've had a look but can't really find any. I just want somewhere that I can help out at and be around the horses until I can afford my own. Also, if anyone knows of anyone wanting someone to loan their horse/pony?

Any help is much appreciated. :D

There's Black Cat Equestrian Centre....Sutton-on-Sea.

I think there's also one called Orchard Farm, that's a bit closer and Willow Farm. All of these are not in Skeg-Vegas itself but I think are the closest!

:)

Thanks so much! :D I will check them out.

I've got a test coming up soon so fingers crossed I pass as I don't mind travelling if none of the above need anyone just to help out for the odd day each week. :D

Thank you. :D

Where abouts are you if you don't mind me asking? :) I'm new to the area, living wise, so I'm trying to find out where all the horsey areas, tack shops, etc are. :)

Just outside Lincoln so quite away away from you. :(

At Horncastle and Spilsby you can find Chandlers, they do some horsey stuff. Mole Valley is in Market Rasen, that's where I get my feed. :) over by Lincoln there's Grundys, that's in Washingborough and The Tack Box is in Lincoln, Lorna fits all our saddles.

:)

Oh, once you get mobile, there's lots of events that happen at Willow Banks EC (just outside Market Rasen) and Hill House EC (also Market Rasen).

I'm often at Kenwick, that's just outside Louth for the winter Trec events. :)

Ah, yes, that's quite a way. :(

Thank you for providing all the places, much appreciated! :D And apologies for taking so long to reply, I've been so busy!

After your suggestion of Black Cat EC, I've been up there a few times to help out and I love it. :D Such a lovely place. I'm just hoping to find a pony on loan when I can afford it. :D
