Equestrian Clearance - returning?

I got myself some new chaps the other week from Equestrian Clearance, they are too small, and to be honest, not quite what I wanted so I want to send them back.

I don't mind paying postage etc to send them back - bit of a pain, but my fault for buying online eh?!

So my question is- will I get my money back? And what is the 'procedure' as such for sending them back? i.e. pop them in the post and be done with it, or do I need to call or email them to tell them why I'm sending them back?

Any help would be fab, thanks !

They have a returns bit on the website - I seem to remember it's a different address from their usual one, but I could be going senile. Yes, you pay post and packaging but they were pretty quick to refund my card once they received the goods back.

It is only a 7 day returns policy though, so you might be overdue. I rang them, because of where I live, and explained why I couldn't do it in 7 days and they were fine about it.
 
I've recently returned some stuff to them and they were very good. I got a call the day they received my item back to tell me they didn't have in stock the larger girth I needed, so issued me with an immediate refund instead. I really can't fault them.

Just make sure you send the item back via the Post Office and obtain a Certificate of Posting.
 
I returned some rugs - I bought about 4 tiny dog rugs and they let me return the ones that were too small, but unworn after foalie was born.
