Ok, so have dressage on sunday, thought my old show jacket would be fine, but it's not, too small, so decided to get a new one, ordered one from EQ on Wednesday evening, along with a new pair of long boots as, again my old ones are too small and a couple of other bits and bobs.

Has anyone else ordered from them and if so how long did your stuff take to come? I'm worried as a post further down mentions how a person ordered their stuff on monday and it still hasn't arrived, they have tried phoning/emailing etc and basically haven't been able to get through and it's dodgy.

Now im worried i've bought these items and will never recieve them, or if i do not for ages and certainly not in time. If they dont get here by tomorrow morning im going to have to go to saddlery and buy all the items again, but then will i be able to send EQ Items back for a refund? Has anyone sent items back to EQ and got a refund?

Argh why are things never simple

Ive ordered a couple of rugs off them and they arrived in a few days, in fact much faster than Derby House that I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for!!

Ive ordered loads of stuff off there and it's always come between 1-5 days, so you might not get them in time

I have ordered from them and they were very quick. They are different to the other post where she has bought from EC Sales. I have never heard of them until today. But Equestrian Clearance with the blue site is fab

Hope your stuff comes soon for you

Ive ordered before and found them quick to deliver.

I placed an order for a number of items yesterday and would be surprised if they arent here by tomorrow.

They have a good returns policy so you should have no probs if you need to send something back if it doesnt fit or whatever.

Oh ok yes it was the normal EQ site, the blue one. Oh that's good news, fingers crossed the items come in time then, if not i may see if i can borrow owner's jacket and boots to save me buying other ones and then having to return them etc.

I have shirt, stock, white jods, hairnet etc so hopefully can scavange the rest if they don't come in time

EC are great, never ever had trouble with them. They deliver within 48 hours usually. I sent some stuff back once when it didn't fit and they were really good, credited my card straight away.

I ordered a rug from local saddlery nearly 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived...first and last time I use local shop instead of EC!!

They are normally pretty quick, but if you ordered something on wednesday then of course there is a risk they won't get there in time, with any company.

The only way to be sure is to use next day delivery

Does anyone know if they deliver on saturdays? I.e if they sent my stuff out today, it would get to me tomorrow?

This post could totally be in vain as the items could be at my house as we speak! I'm at work so don't know and so is everyone else at my house so can't ring and ask.

I put a note on the delivery thing that said please leave with neighbour if not in, or failing that leave at local post office, just hope they do do that and don't send it back to EQ LOL that'd be just my luck!

I have ordered lots from them... sometimes really quick and sometimes up to 5 days.... I dont think they deliver on Satudays though?

This is off their website

SHIPPING
All goods are shipped either by registered UK delivery or registered INTERNATIONAL airmail. Both methods will require a signature on receipt. Unfortunately we are not able to control the vagaries of the postal service, but would recommend that on average you allow up to 3 business days for UK orders and up to 10 business days for all international orders from the time of despatch. UK shipping rate is per order and will not change however many items you order

But i know last time i spoke to them they did say to allow up to 5 working days for delivery within the uk. However they are normally pretty good and delivery in 2-3 and no they dont deliver on a saturday

I've had stuff arrive on a saturday. They just use Royal Mail normally don't they so it's not down to them, it's down to when RM deliver.

There's no point worrying about it, it will either arrive or it won't. If not, you'll just need to borrow one

I ordered a GPA from them last week, I got an email to say it had been dispatched just after I signed for it.

It took about 48 working hours (I ordered it on Saturday night).

I ordered a few things at the beginning of the month and they took 2 weeks to arrive! Luckily it was just odds and sods so nothing desparate - fly spray, whip, gloves etc.

Just checked my emails - ordered 6/6 and despatched 17/6, so it wasn't even the delivery which was slow.

I must say I've used them in the past and things have come quickly but wasn't very impressed this time...

I've ordered and asked specifically for fast delivery for a show... said it was fine, a week AFTER the show items still havent arrived, so it is a tad of a risk Id say :/

I have mixed feelings about them. I've used them in the past with no problems at all and they posted quick, but last time I used them it took a full week for the item to arrive and then it was COVERED in mould!! It took me days to get through on the email (phone, nobody answered), finally I did and sent them back - they were fine after that (refunded my posting them back and sent non-mouldy ones back).

I've ordered off them a number of times, the longest I have waited is three days.

I ordered boots from equestrian warehouse on Wednesday night and they arrived this morning (Saturday). You'd get a refund no probs, they are a brilliant firm to deal with.
