For anyone planning to buy from them - they're great!

Ordered new show jacket and bandages 2 days ago, not expecting to get them until after Xmas...they arrived this morning!

Pointless, but thought it might help someone to know....

Hmm i ordered some breeches last thursday but i havent recieved them? Should i ring them?? Arhh i wont get them for chrimbo now.

I ordered some boots and the girl was really stroppy because I did it over the phone when they prefer it through the internet. Wasn't impressed by her too-much-trouble attitude.

They're great, very prompt service, not like DH from whom I ordered two rug racks in October and I'm still waiting ...tomorrow apparently ho ho ho.

Been on EC today and ordered the lovely warm full length KK quilted coat and an MT version of it with full neck for my boy. We'll be as cozy as toast this Chrimbo !!

Just ordered some gloves. My hands got so cold riding the other day they still hurt the next day. (Mind you it probably was a bit stupid to go for a 2 hour hack in sub zero temperatures with no gloves at all....)
 
I ordered a couple of rugs and they came 2 days later (they even phoned to say one colour was out of stock and offered us options)

However my friend ordered stuff for xmas a few weeks back and heard nothing from them, when her part order arrived she phoned them to be told they'd gone out of stock but never bothered letting her know.
 
I agree, I've bought from them in the past and been very impressed, then ordered 2 rugs from them on Sunday, which arrived yesterday - really good value and super-quick. Unlike some ...
 
i ordered some stuff on sat 8th december still wasnt here sat 15th Dec so i called them so that id have time to go out and buy from saddlery if there was a prob. she assured me there was no prob they would be sent out asap. got email late monday afternoon saying the items are out of stock. Great now i have to try and get stuff on saturday and hope the refund is back on my card by then as it isnt as yet
 
I've ordered loads from them. No problems at all, really quick delivery and they telephoned me the other day as something I'd ordered was out of stock.
 
Shame to hear a couple of people have had problems, as I've ordered from them a lot in the past and they have always been really helpful, esp if i've phoned.

Last year I got both my heavy weight stable and field rugs from them for about £50 each!

I've always had good experiences with them, but sometimes the orders are fast other times slow. Usually I phone after a few days to check on order status. I ordered a bit on Sunday evening and when I rang on Tuesday morning they said it would be dispatched that afternoon. I really need it for Saturday so I do hope it is on it's way!

my mum ordered me a show jacket from them for my xmas, it arrived 2 days after ordered but didn't fit, so sent it back and asked for the next size up and the new one was with us about 4 days later - love them!
 
I love them too. Very prompt service and prices are great.

Find the fitting of jods v odd though. Ordered 3 pairs last week which arrived yesterday - 2 fitted beautifully, but the other - although it said the right size on it - was TINY. Not sure if I should send them back or try and diet!
