Has anyone returned anything to them? How easy/difficult was it?

Am looking at some boots for myself, but i have one foot smaller than the other after being fallen on whilst riding, so may have to return them if they don't fit my stupid smaller foot.

Anyone had problems? Or am i good to go?

Thanks :)

I have returned stuff in the past and sent back another pair of breeches yesterday, never had any problems returning, just make sure it's sent my a method of postage that has compensation up to the value of the item :)

I run a mail order co, and under the Distance Selling Regulations pretty much anything you buy (other than bespoke or intimate, which your boots are not!), you have the right to 'cancel the contract' within 7 days of receipt and return them in original condition for a full refund (incl the postage you paid for the them sending order - that IS annoying to mail order operators!)

Therefore you should order your boots, try them on indoors and if they fit fine, if not send EC an email quoting your order number and details saying you are cancelling the contract and returning them for a full refund( people that assume I know who they are without stating the name in which they ordered - so many use a married name when they ordered in their maiden name - at least if they cannot be bothered with the order numner are the bain of my life, especially when they email using a different email to the one they put on their order) . Then repackage them carefully and take to your PO and send back either recorded or if a pricey pair I'd send special delivery so you have proof of their return. They then have 28 days to refund you

Hope they fit!

Another one who has only ever had good service from EQ so can't see there being a problem - only time I struggled was when something didn't turn up and the number they quote seemed to be always engaged. The tracking service wouldn't reply to me either (phone or mail) so I googled them, got another number and rang. Highly apologetic lady, rang me back in 30 minutes saying the goods were lost, advised of replacements (or refund) and my goods were there the following day.

Thanks for all the replies, that sounds really good :)

Not used them before so thought i was better off checking first.

Thankies :D new boots shall be ordered. I think it's past time since the toe is falling off my old ones and you can se my sock through it lol
