A bit of pot luck, really... they use DPD, which is OK when it's OK, but absolutely dire when something goes wrong. Customer service at Equestrian Clearance is excellent, though.

Delivery was excellent but had a lot of trouble with payment via debit card
The money taken but the order not processed!! Customer care were excellent and sorted it out after a phone call to them.

Hi, I ordered some boots yesterday from them and they were here by lunchtime today. I was amazed as I expected them next week due to standard postage.I'm really pleased as I can wear them this weekend.

I have placed a fair few orders from that website, I say a fair few to try and make myself feel better about how many times I actually have ordered! The customer service is great, and I've never had a problem with the delivery

As others have said, they are fab!!! It's always been next day delivery for me, even when it hasn't been requested. I've ordered a lot from them and have never had any problems, they are always quick to get back to you too if you need to ask them for something (eg sizing advice) x

Another very satisfied customer here, they are very good and helpful if you need to contact them. If you are near enough they sometimes have open weekends, they sell stuff even cheaper then, costs us a fortune
