Has anyone had to return stuff to them before? what are they like to deal with? want to order some rugs, but not sure of the size.
Thanks

Brilliant no problem.Just sent a pair of over trousers back the zip broke and they just sent a new pair.I use them all the time.

They were brilliant with me when I bid for a saddle on ebay from them - it wasn't right and didn't fit properly - they had no hesitation in exchanging it for me!
I've always found them really nice and helpful!

Always great - one of the best horse stuff companies that I have dealt with, and you can get through to people who are knowledgeable.....also once in a while do a good swap your old saddle for one of the Bates Cair saddles. I think normally 200 quid for most leather saddles...I was really irritated as I missed it!!

The are excellent BUT it is quite expensive to return rugs by post and they will charge you again for P&P when they send you the new size so better to be sure what you want before ordering.

I have just sent some items back, one of which was because they sent the wrong thing, over a week on and i stil haven't had a refund

They confirmed they had received them back but i'm still chasing for my money. I have to say this is the first time i've ever had a problem with them so hopefully this is a one off.
