Anyone had ny dealings with Equestrian Embroidery Designs? I placed an order with them o 7 June, emailed and phoned today to ask about the status of my order and no reply from email or phone.

Am I just unlucky or are all the companies who purport to embroider numnahs, clothing etc shiesters?? I've been caught out before, parting with money and no goods turn up, Satinstich it was, they still have 75 quid of my money six months later.

I ordered a personalised blouson for daughter xmas before last...i left it a bit late but they delivered it on time, as I wanted....far better than expected too.....

Good luck to you, I never got a thing from them. Did you pay through Paypal? If so, you may be ok as the money doesn't come out of you account until the product is dispatched I'm told. But I have definitely lost my cash despite numerous phone calls and emails, robbing bar stewards!

IIRC...didn't hear anything for a while then they suddenly rang to tell me it was about to be done, did I want to make any changes.....and it arrived a few days later

I did pay by paypal. Will call them tomorrow as really worried! Did i search on here and only read good things thats why i used them.
