Hello,

Just wondering if any one knows why there isn't more Equestrian things on TV? Like the international Show Jumping or any of the Dressage or Eventing - after it was so popular after the Olympics I would have thought that they might have thought about televising it a little more?

Or is there a sky channel that shows stuff? If so, then I maybe tempted to get Sky. :)

Yes there is a sky channel called horse and country that is almost non stop horse stuff. :)

Does seem a shame that only racing generally makes it onto "normal" TV.

Ditto above, me and Daughter watch hours of horse and country!!!

SKY 280, I do believe :o

Basically - because Sky Sports bought it all!

You can get Horse & Country on freeview / free sat. But all the top stuff - Hickstead, Olympia, Logines, Badminton... all of it is only on Sky Sports.

Highlights and condensed programmes come up on H&C. But the only way to watch the action live is to pay for it.

I've never know Badminton to be on Sky - one of the few things left on the BBC even though it is only highlights on terrestrial and live on the red button. i can't get H&C on my freeview (boo hoo) and can't get it via Sky as I receive Sky sports via Virgin and that is one that's not included.
