There's an equine car boot at Finmere Market next Monday (bank holiday), just off the A421, which is bi-annual on the May and August bank holidays. Think it starts around 9am.
Also an equestrian table top sale at Longwick Village hall, Longwick, Near Princes Risborough, A4129 on Friday 17th September 6-9pm.

Sometimes there's a bit of equestrian in the car boot at Littlewick Show (right next to M4J8/9) on Bank Holiday Monday, but can be pot luck
