Anyone had any good/bad experiences with them?? I am interested in purchasing soem of their stuff but was wondering what everyone thought of them etc. etc. I know this has probably been posted on here before but I thought I'd ask.

Not had any problems. All the stuff I have ordered came very fast and was great and when I had to return an item it was easy and hassle free.
 
I bought my saddle from here!

It was a bates with an interchangeable gullet and the first saddle I got, neither me or OH could actually change the gullet as the screws were so tight (I am a wimp but he's a farrier).

anyway they took it back and sent me another the next day.
V impressed
 
I've ordered loads and they've been brilliant. I had something that had a bit missing, not their fault it was sealed with the bit missing, and they sent a replacement as soon as I phoned them and it came next day. Bought a few rugs from them and they are brilliant

Im gonna order a few bits from there today....

If I order today do they deliver next day or will it now be delivered on Monday?? I only ask coz this may alter where I ask for my delivery....

That's great everyone...think I know where I'm gonna be shopping.
DublinSnowBall - I would imagine you wouldn't get them till Monday if you order today as I doubt they would send it out on saturday delivery as that costs them something like £5-10 extra to do.
 
They are the reason why my horse has so many rugs!

Always good, fast service and never had to return anything! Went once to an clearance day at the warehouse, now that was a spendathon!
 
They've always been excellent - I've had quite a lot from them. The only complaint - it was aired on here a while back - is their advertising campaign with a horrible infant in it!
 
I ordered 3 turnout rugs from them 4.30pm on Thursday expecting to wait until the following Monday to get them. They were on the horses by 9.15am the next day!
 
I ordered a bit and one of those Crosby girths from there but one of the buckles came without a roller on it. Not their fault as it was sealed in a plastic pack, it was a manufacturer fault. Anyways, I sent it back, they sent me a new one and refunded the postage I paid to return it! They even phoned me to see if I got the replacement! The whole transaction from ordering to getting the replacement was about a week and a half.
I would definitely use them again.
 
have ordered dozens of rugs fromm them and have never had any problems. Once they sent the wrong size but when I informed them they sent a courier to pick them up and sent the correct ones. Very impressive - i order at least once a month from them!
