EQUETECH DRESSAGE BRIEF.. sizes and experiences???

As the title says really... Equetech Dressage Brief.
I'm having real underwear trouble when doing dressage

So thought i'd try some of these...
Size wise, i'm umming and arrring

I've always been a 10-12 in trusty M&S underwear, but i'm suddenly thinking, that what if it's being so uncomfortable because it's a tad too small, so maybe i'm a 12-14.. but i can't help feeling that would be too big..

I'm usually a small size 10 on top, and a large size 12 underneath.. so at the upper end of the 10-12 brief size.. so feel i should go for the 12-14, but am worried they'll be too big and be just as uncomfortable, but in a different way..

Anyway, has anyone actually used them?????

I have a pair of these and they are good in my opinion and nice and comfy, I am a size 10 and bought small but think if I bought another pair I'd go for medium as I found the sizes on the small side, I also bought another style which are also on the small side.
I like them and will buy more pairs at some point. They sometimes have them on ebay at reduced prices thats where I got mine from.
 
I was bought some as a present, size 'small' which fit me (about size 10). I know of a size 12 girl who wears the 'mediums'.

As I'm at RSs and both pony & horse sized I've ridden with them on loads of different animals & saddles. Generally found them v good (used to get VERY sore due, in part, to fav pony's saddle & my dubious seat!) and have bought more. OH was a bit shocked when he saw them in the wash though *giggle*
