Hi, does anyone have one of these and if so what do you think of them - specifically wondering about whether horses climb on the wheel arch - but any other comments/feedback appreciated please?

Hi
I have one (box not tranny van type), he is very accomodating and it is decent quality for the money and well built. As long as the breast bar is set back far enough they should not be able to stand on the wheel arch, but it is very curved/smooth so any stray hooves should just slip straight off again.
Only negative has been after sales service. The alarm keeps going off on mine and he forgot to put the handle on the luton storage. Neither issue has been rectified despite numerous promises. But these are only minor niggles.
