Our welsh sec A has been on box rest after sustaining an annular ligament sprain, today we received the good news that she can have some turn out time for a couple of hours a day but vet advised some turnout socks..from what ive read these seem to be more to keep the legs clean and prevent knocks and scrapes, but our pony needs more support and something to keep her legs warm...anyone got any suggestions? would a sports medicine type boot be better??
