Equi trek Ikonik

Hello

I recently purchased the Equitrek Ikonik 3.5 tonne horse box and Im really disappointed with it.

Multiple defects including ramp latches that catch and a faulty head partition. I couldn’t find any reviews online to help with my purchase and im now struggling with Equitrek to get it them resolved.

Just wondering if anyone else has similar experiences or reservations over the success of the Ikonik?
