I shall let the photos do the talking......

(we had a great time but could have cried at the feathers 😂 ) There was no chance of getting to the rings clean, we had two days of heavy rain and the grass rings couldn't cope. We decided to sack off our last class as it was too slippy for my liking.

The middle photos are how we started the day....

I love photo 4 where you both have matchy matchy brown lower legs. Takes matchy matchy to a whole other level :)

Awww bless ya well done 😆 it has been vile I absolutely hate trying to show on mud it's just the worst and both of my Arab's won't canter if it's too wet so I really don't blame you for sacking off the last class.

Crikey, well done you!

Whereabouts in the country was Equifest held?

It was held at Areana Uk , so just up from Grantham Lincs.

It was really strange, we live about 40 mins away and at home we didnt have a drop of rain , the showground got a soaking.

They tried their best , but the vast number of horses, people and vehicles on the showground just turned it into a swamp

In our last ridden class she was falling out on our individual show and manged to pick up the wrong canter lead which isn't like her. I think she was just really struggling - I was suprised they asked us to canter in the go round , the ring was tiny !

Wahoo I got it right!

A few of the girls on my yard went and said it was awful, grounds wise. I suppose it’s because of the amount of people and horses trudging about on it

Well done - our classes were indoors as we did the SEIB qualifiers on the Wednesday and left Thursday morning before the deluge. Even so it was very muddy getting from the stabling to the arenas and I felt sorry for those with white legged horses.

Well done for even turning up. We live about 10 miles away and the weather was atrocious. Respect to anyone turning out for that one. I bet he took some cleaning up afterwards.

Beautiful horse! Can't blame you for wanting to cry about the feathers, it must have been so much work to get them clean in the first place.

3 Hours  , well that was the whole body wash.... then re-wash on morning and all of the woodflouring, combing out and talc applying

We are based the other side of Melton Mowbray and at home it was dry on the Friday ! Not a drop of rain, other half was combining .

As soon as we left the A1 and turned down the road for the showground it was a downpour and didn't stop really .

It was a power wash from the belly down job when home 😂
