Suddenly Robin has worked out he can breathe with it! Beautiful deep breaths in and out. He got even more polos for being such a good boy! It is day 6 out of 10. If he has still cracked it tomorrow is it worth asking vet if it is worth shelling out for another course as I am not sure how much has gone in till now? Happy to pay for it myself if insurance kick you a fuss. Or is it a 10 day course and no more?

Hi, Sounds like you were having the same problem as me. I'm on day 4 and she holds her breath and then throws her head in the air when she needs a breath. The breath indicator hardly moves but it is properly inserted. Any tips? Did you do a second course?

During all the investigations for mine she became a pro at holding her breath. Vet used to poke her in the ribs to get her to take a breath!

For the equihaler I just used to have to wait until she gave up holding her breath.

Thanks! I think I'm just going to have to get her to relax with it stuck up her nose, but then she jumps when it clicks :D I've tried holding her other nostril but she throws her head up. I've just noticed her left nostril is about half the size of her right one, so she must be closing it up. I've accepted I'll need two!
