Hi, my boys napping so I want to have him checked, ive been recommended jenny hadland, and she is sending out natalie baker, but its £88 a time!
I never like to make my horse go without so il pay it, but is this expensive for a back person?

Ive also seen Bowen therapists advertising, can they do a good job as well?

Who's best to use?

All I can say is that I think most back people are usless. I have paid over £50 for people to tell my horse was fine when he had a severe kissing spine. Although they couldn't feel that they didn't pick up any tension etc. Also if your horse's back is really 'out' some tweeking it will do nothing, as one good vet told me who speacilised in backs said you 'would need a land rover to get it back in!'
I just get massages for my horse now.

I used Natalie for a poll injury, in conjunction with the vet. I dont remember it being that much though..i think it was more around £65,,but saying that it was two years ago so may have gone up in price....I had to have four visits, two with sedation but she did sort out the problem. tried bowen in the past as well..whilst one person seemed to have a good effect, the other one I used when we moved location made no difference whatsoever .

I've got the same problem, mine is napping and bucking; so like you I'm going to get his back checked. I've been recommended someone who's initial charge is £47.00, don't know how much after that :/ good luck anyway xx

Can anyone recommend a masseger then? I t might sound cruel but £88 is a lot of money for me at the mo and hubby is moaning that its too much to spend on something that might not even work.
