Im looking for a really good equine bodyworker in the Cotswolds. Little Horse has regular physio (last seen in June 2011) but as I always have the same physio I would like to get someone else out to look at him.
We have issues jumping and although current (or previous)physio hasnt found anything of significance, I really would like to be 200% sure that there is nothing going on that is making him not want to jump. I have considered the vet but not sure that I want to spend £££s investigating a horse that isnt lame but refuses every new jump he sees but then once he gets in the swing of it can happily fly over 1m!, the jumping issue has been ongoing for the two years Ive had him and although improved (in that he no longer refused a pole on the floor) he still has a damn dirty stop him and I just dont understand how he isnt improving more with his jumping, yes he is significantly better than he was even 6 months ago but hes still nowhere near going out to do a course of even tiny jumps clear round (although as I said once he gets in the swing of it hes pretty scopey!)
So answers on a postcard please!
