I’m looking for a really good equine bodyworker in the Cotswolds. Little Horse has regular physio (last seen in June 2011) but as I always have the same physio I would like to get someone else out to look at him.

We have ‘issues’ jumping and although current (or previous)physio hasn’t found anything of significance, I really would like to be 200% sure that there is nothing going on that is making him not want to jump. I have considered the vet but not sure that I want to spend £££’s investigating ‘a horse that isn’t lame but refuses every new jump he see’s but then once he gets in the swing of it can happily fly over 1m!’, the jumping issue has been ongoing for the two years I’ve had him and although improved (in that he no longer refused a pole on the floor) he still has a damn dirty stop him and I just don’t understand how he isn’t improving more with his jumping, yes he is significantly better than he was even 6 months ago but he’s still nowhere near going out to do a course of even tiny jumps clear round (although as I said once he gets in the swing of it he’s pretty scopey!)

So answers on a postcard please!
