would people consider using an equine care consulant? especially first time owners giving advice on feeding, worming, exercise and genral care?

Why do people hang ridiculous names on jobs to try & make the position seem important? They do the same with other things as well. Later today I will be unrestricting the flow of water through our drainage system using my implement used in the pursuance of agriculture.....For those who speak real english, I'll be clearing a ditch out using a spade..OK
