I always use Seadown with no problems. Maybe you could use the same vet but ask for a different practitioner?

Kevin Hallett operates nationally, and is soon going to visit us in the east of Hampshire. He's very good... my mare used to need sedation for anything remotely invasive, and he handled her fine.

He got his training from the US - which is supposed to be a better qualification than the one you get in the UK.

Hi, I've used Greg Woods EDT, can thoroughly recommend him, I thought pricing was v reasonable and he gave me loads of extra advice re my new pony, if you google his name his contact details come up on all the registered website

I use the Barn equine surgery, 2 of their vets are also qualified equine dental technicians, but have the added ability to sedate the horse if necessary to do a though examination. One of the vets is also an examiner on the EDT course.
