Equine first aid course

Hi,

I been trying to find someone to provide a course on first aid to horses, for our riding club. We are based in bucks/berks area, so if you know of any providers, please could you let me know?

Our vets did a free lecture on this

Wow! Free? Not sure I can find one to do it free, but have sent an email to couple vets around our area. Will have to wait and see what they say. I been surprised that no-one seem to be providing this kind of course... Such an important topic! I guess most people pick these things up with experience, and maybe I been over causes... :/

The BHS is looking at running Equine First Aid courses across the country for 2013 - so best to keep an eye on their website for further information!

Only BHS once I could find was people giving first aid to riders, not to horses... But will keep an eye on their site if that might change.
