Equine Flu

My 2yr old filly has been very down for the last couple of days and has stopped eating, i have notied a thick yellow snot from her nose yesterday and her muzzle and ears were freezing cold, she also now has a cough.
the vet is coming today but in the meantime I just wanted to know if this could be equine flu or something else. (she has no enlarged lymphnodes at the moment).

It's sounds like she has a infection / virus of some sort ,hopefully course of antibiotics will do the trick , hope she gets better soon
