equine hydrotherapy anyone?

I Have a leaflet advertising a equine hydrotherapy spa thats very close and just reading though it and it says it works very well for horses with joint problems/arthritis so just wondered if anyone has tried with their horses and how well it worked, would one session be worth it or does it need a few days and sessions?

It worked for my mare who had lameness in her near hind and the cause was unknown and still is but she came sound. She was there for 2 and a half weeks with her daily laps of the pool steadily increasing. It worked great for her and she received the best care there Bella was at the Northern Equine Therapy Centre in North Yorkshire which has a circular pool. The owners are lovely, I'd highly recommend the centre
