I was reading up the rules for a show and it says if you do not have an up to date equine influenza certificate you will be asked to leave the showground. As far as I'm aware my share horse has not had any jabs/ injections so he probably wont have one.

I was reading up on the internet and I still don't fully understand what they are :s
I read that your horse has to have 2 jabs a set number of days apart, Is this true?

If it is I'm not sure if he will be able to have both in time as the show is on the 26th and 27th october so I'm not really sure what to do :/

After the first jab you wait 5-6 wks for the 2nd and the 3rd is done 5-6 months after that, you then have to have it done once annually. It is very important to not go over the due dates especially on the annual as you will have to redo the whole course.
You will be pushed to get the 2 jabs done before the end of oct but ring your vets and have a chat.
