equine joint supplements

both my boys have arthritic changes, one to his hocks and now compensatory in other joints, the other has kissing soine and sacroiliac problems. ive had them both on premierflex for a few months now and before that i had one on naf superflex which i think i was probably better, to be honest the current one is obviously not helping as no improvement infact more problems are arising. SO, does anyone have any experience on a supplement that does work on such issues as i have? i tired the premierflex due to cost and good ingredients but if i am not seeing a benefit then suppose its a waste of money. annax

My trimmer recommended rosehip to help prevent and ease joints for the horse. I have my boy on it and his back legs have loosened up a bit.

There was a post on here a while ago (cant seem to find it now) where somebody spent time comparing joint supplements. They used a report which stated how much a horse needed to try and keep it supple. The one that was the best and actually the cheapest was aviform supplease gold at 20g a day
